MNDF Coastguard conducted a Maritime Safety Awareness Program for the staff of Sonova giri Resort and Spa.
The aim of this program is to provide knowledge and know-how of rescue techniques in marine disasters. In addition to this participants also under went navigation and map reading, seamanship, emergency first aid and ship board drills.
This program which extended from 19th to 20th of this month was conducted on request of Sonova giri Resort and Spa.
. A total of 15 members from the resort participated this program.
