The Minister of Education whose always have agendas overwhelmed by the GCE O’ Level results said that the result this year is seen better than previous year. He said the Ministry aimed to a target of 6% from his agendas has achieved almost 99% saying that 5% is completed.

The Minister said that the only problem faced with O’ Level results were lower marks most students received from Islam. He said the usual plan establishing a team to assess the reason for the lower marks students received. He said a team of professors will be working on the issue to identify the cause of low grades in Islam.

Students with new media and resources available through the available internet are improving their standard of education while parents finding their children to push for extra tuition classes rise the question of teachers standards especially in secondary and higher secondary.
